An online platform that enables your community of mission-minded supporters to purchase exclusive Bourbon bottles from your very own Single Barrel Selection.

How does New Riff Works benefit my organization?

New Riff Works gives you the resources to raise funds through your Single Barrel Selection with an online one-stop shop, eliminating part of the process that would typically be managed by the organization itself.

How New Riff Works, Works.

• Submit a Single Barrel Selection inquiry form and a member of New Riff’s Private Sales team will coordinate and collaborate on your Single Barrel Selection Experience. You will pay a small deposit to get started. Together, we’ll establish your fundraising goals and campaign timelines before launching on the platform.
  
  
• Once approved, bottles of your allocated Single Barrel will be available for purchase, offering affiliates the opportunity to partake in a pre-sale of the selection.
  
  
• Your designated representative will receive a unique link that they can promote and share with their community to purchase your Single Barrel Selection bottles on the New Riff Works platform.
  
  
• After the sales campaign ends and your barrel of Bourbon has been selected and processed into bottles, you'll pick up your selection at our Newport West Campus and distribute it to those who purchased. New Riff will then issue the proceeds of the campaign to your organization via check.

Who can use New Riff Works?

New Riff Works is ideal for private bourbon groups, 501(c)(3) organizations, clubs, charities, – groups looking for a manageable process to raise funds by selling their New Riff Single Barrel Selection.

What is the process for selecting a Single Barrel?

Once you’ve filled out the form, you will be contacted by the New Riff Private Sales team who will work with you individually on Single Barrel Selection Experience. For more information on New Riff’s Single Barrel Experience, visit our website.

What is the deposit amount required to get started?

A $500 deposit is required to confirm the selection.

Sales Returns and Processing Fee

New Riff Distilling handles all sales returns, deducting a 5% processing fee per sold bottle. The New Riff Works Single Barrel customer covers this fee, ensuring transparency in cost considerations.

How are the bottles distributed to those who purchase them?

A designated representative will pick up the bottles from New Riff’s West Campus. The distribution of purchased bottles will be managed by your organization.

Please note: those who purchased a bottle cannot pickup the bottle at any New Riff location.
